For more than 25 years, Elaina Wellstead has worked with manufacturers, distributors and contractors to effectively market their business and grow their bottom line, by building their brand and avoiding common marketing missteps. But by far, educating contractors on appropriate ways to promote their companies is the part of her job she enjoys the most. With her easy-going presentation style, common sense solutions and industry stories, Elaina makes HVAC marketing education less of a chore, and more of an adventure!
Elaina is a faculty member and speaker for MLC (Carrier’s My Learning Center), EGIA (Electric & Gas Industries Association) and a frequent presenter at manufacturer and national distributor events, as well ACCA chapter meetings and ACCA Mixed Groups.
