A time (and a Place) for a CHANGE.
With all the recent growth at CHANGE HVAC our workspace started to feel a bit cramped! As luck would have it, the nearby Mottville Schoolhouse went on the market at the same time.
And in June of 2023 this beautiful piece of local history officially became the new home of CHANGE HVAC Marketing.
Constructed in 1871 to replace an old wooden schoolhouse it was the first public school in the area. We can’t begin to express how much we LOVE that hundreds of children attended school in the building. At CHANGE education is an integral part of our business model, so working in a place of learning is totally our jam. From the moment we entered the Schoolhouse our team could feel the positive energy and creative vibe within it. Fun fact: the chalkboards are still on the walls!
They don’t build them like this anymore.
In the years since the last math equations were erased from the chalkboards, the Schoolhouse has been an antique shop, a meeting space for the Methodist society, a residence and, most recently, headquarters for a small business whose owners lovingly refurbished it.
Impossibly high ceilings, gorgeous woodwork, and a secret garden combine effortlessly with the latest high speed technology and security features.
